St. Matthew College is situated along Miguel Cristi St. and General Luna St. at the heart of Ampid II in San Mateo, Rizal. The school is located few meters away from the National Highway (the Gen. Luna St.) to give the community a good ambience of a clean environment and away from vehicle noise and air pollution. It is located approximately 500 meters away from the San Mateo Municipal Hall and is easily accessible by public transportation either from Quezon City, Marikina, San Mateo proper and Rodriguez, Rizal.

The Arsenio Building, the first building constructed, is being occupied by the Grade School Department. The St. Matthew Learning Center Building is being in use by the Preschoolers. The institutionÂ’s main building, the Elisea Building, is shared by the High School and College Department. Also, most of the schoolÂ’s offices are found in this building. This is made to link the offices and to fully use the schoolÂ’s resources.

With a growing population of approximately 2,500 consisting of faculty member, administrators, students and support staff, St. Matthew College currently has enough utilities and resources. Yet the school still plans to expand to better serve the Mattheans in discovering what quality means.
