In response to the fast-growing demand in the Aviation, Hospitality, Information and Communication Technology and Tourism industries, Jocson College offers Four-Year Academic Programs, Two-Year Academic Courses and Short-Term Programs that follow the Industry-Based Educational Approach. Focusing on the Dual-Training System in Aviation, Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Services, and Information and Communication Technology, these courses have successfully driven the economy of the region for a number of years now .

Experienced instructors who are also practitioners in the industry provide students with both Theory-Based and Industry-Immersion Training; thus, the concept of the Dual-Training System is applied. The demand for manpower for these industries is expected to grow rapidly not just in Clark, Pampanga or other regions the Philippines, but in other countries as well.
